How do I request a quotation or inquire about products?

Trade Winners have a huge amount of product and supplier information in our database. The products and suppliers are placed in their respective categories. Using our effective search tool buyers can easily find what they are looking for in minutes, but we know the process does not end there. Often times you will want to request for additional information such as sample availability, catelogue, price list...etc. Luckily, we have implmented the shopping cart system to allow buyers to contact suppliers directly. There are just three steps involved to request the information you need:

1. Register an account
2. Select the products or suppliers of interest
3. Add them to your inquiry basket and email the suppliers

1. To register for an account, click on the "New Registration" link from the drop down menu at the top of any page on Trade Winners
2. Fill in the required fields
3. Check your email for the activation link

Once you have found the products or suppliers you are intersted in, simply click on the check box next to them. Then click on the "Add to Basket" button. The check box will turn into a pink shopping cart. There is no limit to how many products or suppliers you can inquire at the same time. You can also select multiple products or suppliers at once by clicking the "Select All" link. On the product detail page, since there is only one product, simply click on the "Add to Basket" button to add it to your inquiry list.

Once you have selected all the products and suppliers that you are intersted in, click on the "View Basket / Inquiry" button. You will then see the preview page. The first section displays the products (and suppliers) stored in your inquiry basket. The "Remark" link enables you to write additional comment or question to that specific supplier. The "Delete" link lets you remove the item from your inquiry basket.

In the second section of the preview page you can request additional information such as the company brochure, data sheet, sample availability, minimum order quantity...etc. It is in this section that you can write comments to all the suppliers. If you have drawings at hands and would like to pass them along with the inquiry, attach them at the bottom.

The final section lets you check whether your information is correct. This is important because the suppliers will reply to your email or contact you by the telephone number you provided when you registered. The table in orange shows the suppliers that will receive this inquiry email. When you are done, simply click on the "Submit" button.

After the "Submit" button is clicked, you will see a confirmation page showing that the inquiry has been sent.
